MEMBER HIGHLIGHT

Need some inspiration? Meet Elijah Preston, retired State Police patrol officer, SWAT team member, and 15 years as a detective. In 2004, he took a leave from police work and spent 20 months in Iraq serving our country. All these experiences shaped his discipline, resilience, and commitment. Elijah retired from State Police work and found himself out of shape and overweight. With this realization came a decision to prioritize his health for his family and his quality of life. He then began his journey of structured training, proper nutrition, and accountability. With consistent movement, strength training and intentional habits, he not only improved his physical health, but also his mental health and sense of purpose in his day to day life.

Elijah graduated from the University of Health and Performance as a Certified Personal Trainer, completed the International Sports Science Association (ISSA) Personal Trainer course, and continues his ongoing education in nutrition and performance. Coaching has always been a passion for Elijah and his approach is practical, personalized, and rooted in real-life application, not quick fixes. Keep a lookout for his Group Training to be offered to members in the near future. Find some friends, make a small group and let Elijah lead the workouts so you can be accountable, see results, challenge yourself and have some fun at the same time.
