Aquatics Programs

  • Adult Lap Exercise

During this dedicated time slot, the pool is only open to adult lap swimmers and more stationary exercises like water walking, bicycling, etc. Lap swimmers must swim in the dedicated lap lanes in a circular motion and are expected to share the limited space if needed to enable more swimmers to use the lap lanes at the same time.

  • Open Family Swim

Playtime at the pool! This time is open for all members to come and use the pool. One lap lane is reserved for anyone wishing to get some lap exercise in during this time as well. All children under 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times.

  • Deep Water Workout

This one-hour class offers cardio and endurance segments, as well as toning and stretching in the water. This class is for all levels of fitness. You will leave this workout feeling great!

  • SUP Yoga

Practiced in the pool on a stand-up paddleboard. Students can expect a broad & continuous exploration of balance through transitions and each posture. The constant movement of the board creates a fun opportunity to strengthen muscles, concentration, coordination, and proprioception. Each class is taught with all levels of experience in mind.

  • Aqua Zumba

Aqua Zumba brings new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. It combines the South American Zumba rhythm and dance steps with a pool party. This class offers a fun but challenging, water-based, body-toning workout. Beginners to advanced are welcome.
