Elijah Preston

"I worked for the Oregon State Police in the patrol division, SWAT team, and spent the final fifteen years of my career as a detective. I took a military leave of absence from the State Police and completed a 20-month deployment to Iraq. Those experiences shaped my discipline, resilience, and commitment to serving others—qualities I carry with me today.

Through that journey, I rediscovered the importance of structured training, proper nutrition, and accountability. After retiring and focusing on my health, I experienced firsthand how transformative consistent movement, strength training, and intentional habits can be, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. This process gave me a new sense of purpose.

I pursued formal education and training in the field of fitness and health. I graduated from the University of Health and Performance as a Certified Personal Trainer and completed the International Sports Science Association (ISSA) Personal Trainer course. Coaching has always been a passion of mine, and it has reinforced my belief that success, whether in sports, fitness, or life, comes down to consistency, mindset, and leadership.

My mission is to teach clients that their health is their foundation. I build strength, improve performance, and create sustainable habits that lead to long-term results. My approach is practical, personalized, and rooted in real-life application, not quick fixes.

My goal: to help people reclaim control of their health and build a stronger, more capable version of themselves."
